Directions:
Apply White Birch toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Carefully dip pasted bristles into jar, evenly coating with White Birch powder. Tap to remove excess. Brush for two minutes and rinse. Do not swallow. Use of White Birch products is not a substitute for regular dental care. Visit your dentist regularly.
